Author Guidelines

Paper Submission

All papers for submission are expected to meet the following minimum conditions: -

  • Highlight a certain level of innovation or expected impact to the community
  • Present a Case Study, or Analysis of Initial results, or Analysis of Final Research results or Project Results
  • Should use the conference template provided through the submission paper
  • The paper is expected to have between 3500 and 5000 words

  • Online submission: August 31, 2025
  • Acceptance: September 15, 2025
  • Submission of final paper: September 30, 2025
